Free Hugs is a succulent teal (cold) to clear (warm) thermal filled with iridescent flakies shifting pink/gold/green. This polish was created in collaboration with a member of the Moon Shine Mani Fans FB Group.
This polish will be available for about three weeks
Each bottle is approximately 15mL and is an artisan handmade lacquer made by Phoebe Moon in Lehi, UT. Phoebe makes every attempt to keep the polishes uniform but due to small batch creation method some slight variations may occur.
These polishes are all cruelty free and 10 free products meaning they contain no Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor, TPHP, Parabens, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide or Lead.
